Open Mat Locator
Open Mat Locator (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.
If you would like to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, please contact us at:
Include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief request stating that you would like your data deleted
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification of your request, we will delete:
- Your account information, including name, email, and profile data
- Any events or content you created
- Associated activity data tied to your account
3. Data Retention
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Some data may be retained temporarily if required for:
- Legal obligations
- Security or fraud prevention
- Backup systems, which are periodically cleared
4. Third-Party Login (Google, Apple, Facebook)
- You can also remove Open Mat Locator access from your provider account settings.
- This does not automatically delete your data from our system. You must still contact us to request deletion.
