Jiu Jitsu Queenz women's no-gi competition camp in Amsterdam, October 16 to 18, 2026 at USC Universum. Starts Friday 19:00, ends Sunday 15:00. Instructor: Rose El Sharouni. Four jiu jitsu sessions (all no-gi), mini yoga sessions and sauna. IBJJF ruleset. All levels welcome. Recommended for those with at least one year of training experience and basic knowledge of the IBJJF no-gi ruleset.
