Free 60 min mobility workshop for grapplers. End-range hip and shoulder work that maps to actual BJJ: hip flexion for open guard, IR for lockdown, shoulder framing under load. Finishes with partner drills loading the ranges in position. "Stretching shows the range, loading decides if you keep it."
