The Ares BJJ Plant City is a family owned and operated business teaching Striking, Karate, Combatives, Muay Lao, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self-defense, as well as fitness classes and one-on-one personal training. We also offer Plant City parents an after school program, spring break, and summer camp.
